Creating a Leadership community is a rich undertaking. It takes time, care and attention because the heart of the work is relational. A Civic Design Team (CDT) is a volunteer collaborative representing a community’s assets and is the major decision-making body for the management, implementation, and maintenance of the training models.
The design team is composed of people who are passionate about shaping and growing civic engagement and parent leadership in the community. They help to embed leadership trainings and initiatives in the greater community. Design team members are willing to give their time, resources and expertise. The CDT are a reflection of the community.
